The alien suggests reducing the population to 5% for sustainability, horrifying the system. Meanwhile, a powerful psychic user becomes intrigued after a rookie breaks records. The alien believes himself invincible among carbon-based lifeforms until he meets the psychic, losing control. A responsible, loyal psychic user pursues the alien, who pretends to be human. They start with love-hate and mutual teasing, eventually joining forces to fight monsters.
