The Mafia Lord Forgotten Bride

by Wendara

Five years ago, June Trevor was forced to become the wife of Rauf Salvador, the most feared mafia lord in the city. It was supposed to be her stepsister Amie's wedding. But when Rauf lost his sight in a terrible accident days before the wedding, Amie abandoned him, refusing to spend her life caring for a blind man. With the Trevor family's life hanging in the balance, June was forced to take her sister's place. What began as a marriage built on fear slowly became something June never expected. For five years, she stayed beside Rauf, caring for him through his darkest days. She became his confidante, his best friend, and eventually, the woman he loved. Then, just one day before Rauf's surgery to restore his sight, June discovered she was pregnant. She couldn't wait to tell him. But when Rauf opened his eyes, the first woman he saw was Amie. The sister who had abandoned him five years ago returned and claimed to be his wife. And Rauf believed her. Overnight, June went from being the woman who had sacrificed five years for him to a stranger no one wanted to acknowledge. Even her family turned against her, leaving her with nothing but the child growing inside her. June leaves with a broken heart, determined to build a new life for herself and her baby. But when Rauf finally discovers the truth, he realizes he has thrown away the only woman who ever truly loved him. Now the ruthless mafia lord will stop at nothing to find his forgotten wife. But Amie has no intention of letting June return. Because as long as June is alive, Rauf will never choose her.
