I Just Wanted To Get Out Of The Ice

by 난극도

Synopsis I possessed the body of the protagonist’s master in a martial arts BL novel called Descent of the Heavenly Demon . And the story begins with the protagonist, Cheonrang, losing his master. “N-No… Master, Master…!” “…Rang-ah. You… must be happy…” Parting with the disciple I had raised for nearly ten years was bittersweet, but I consoled myself— I had fulfilled my role as Manyugang, the protagonist’s master, and now I could finally return home. Or so I thought. “…Why am I still alive?” I opened my eyes again in this world— but this time, as a person who never appeared in the original novel: Dang Baekseon . I had no idea why. Where had everything gone wrong? “You seem to be misunderstanding something, Dang Baekseon.” “…?” “I’m using your treatment as an excuse… to reveal my own desires as well.” “…” “So don’t start having any useless thoughts.” My precious disciple, Cheonrang, the one who should have clung to the original protagonist, is now obsessing over me. “When you’re not around, I want to see you. I’m curious about what you’re doing. I want to see you troubled… and yet, if I see another man putting you through it, I get angry.” “…” “If seeing you carrying another man’s energy enrages me, and it’s because I’ve placed you in my heart… then I suppose that’s what it is.” And then, the real Manyugang— the one I thought was dead— confesses his feelings to me as well. The original plot has long since collapsed. In a future I can no longer predict… What choice am I supposed to make?
