I’m a Detective, But I Didn’t Know My Partner’s True Identity

by 해사온

A 34-year-old office worker from South Korea whose favorite book was Sherlock Holmes wakes up one day to find herself reincarnated as Siorin Berthe , the youngest daughter of a newly rich baron’s family. “And whenever I touch someone, I can see their past?” As if reincarnation wasn’t enough, she is born with a special supernatural ability. Determined to avoid an arranged marriage at all costs, she runs away from home. The place where she starts her new life is Howard Detective Agency on 12th Street in Estrit. This time, she plans to live her dream life as a detective. But then… Ding! “Isn’t this the Howard Detective Agency?” A plain-looking man wearing thick-rimmed glasses suddenly appears at the office. He turns out to be Daniel Howard , the grandson of the building’s owner. And he’s a doctor, too. Before she knows it, Siorin begins an eventful life of living and working together with Doctor Daniel. Naturally, she assumes this man will become her Watson. However… “The only fitting ending for a wicked witch… is a horrible death.” Daniel’s true identity is actually Ian Caldir , a powerful duke. A man sharpening his blade of revenge against the Crown Prince. A man who has come for her life . Can this unexpected cohabitation possibly end peacefully…?
