Memoirs of a Certain Evil Wizard

by Kin

Calliona was feared as the wicked sorceress who betrayed humanity and tried to bring the world to ruin. To Liriope, however, she had once been everything — a sister she loved, a presence inseparable from her own life. Until the day Calliona crushed her mercilessly… and died. But at the very end, in their final meeting, Calliona had done the unthinkable: she sacrificed herself to save Liriope. Only her broken corpse ever returned. Liriope could not accept it. She would not. And in that moment of denial, a voice called out from the darkness: “At last, I’ve found you. My final contractor.” Suddenly, time itself unraveled. Liriope opened her eyes — not to a world in ruins, but to the past. To the day she and her sister first stood before the Magician’s Tower to take the exam that would decide their fates.
