I was possessed into a nation doomed to be destroyed by a curse. “I just wanted to be possessed as a normal villainess or side character!” But what’s with an entire country being invisible in presence? The beautiful city I lived in was obliterated in one blow just to show off the male lead’s cool swag. To survive, I saved that nation. But then… “Suelle, become my Empress.” The obsessive male lead proposed to me. Kristan pulled me by the shoulder and asked, “Suelle. Do you know him?” I hesitated, unsure of how to answer. “A friend. Someone I used to live with for a while.” It was hard to explain what to call Kyle, who even refused a handshake. “A friend?” Kyle muttered in disbelief, “We picked out a house to live in, talked about how many kids to have, kissed…” I was flustered. “Do you do all that with your friends?” Kyle’s eyes, locked on mine, were so intense it felt like he might devour me.
