The Naughty Baby is Causing Trouble

by Cha So -hee

I was the world’s strongest dragon, but I was sealed away by a hero. I didn’t do anything wrong! I don’t want to die! No way! “…What the—what is this.” But when I opened my eyes, I had become the hero’s youngest daughter who sealed me. Fine by me. If I raise this body well and wipe out that family, it’ll be revenge on the hero! I’ll kill the hero. I’ll overthrow the hero!So I vowed that — and then… “Our princess, what should we do, she looks so pitiful.” “Such a lovely princess…” “She only has a short time to live…” Human. What did you say? This body is terminally ill?! But it’s fine. I’m a dragon. A great being who doesn’t know how to give up. I’ll recover my stamina, hunt down a few dark mages here and there to refill my mana! And while I’m at it, I’ll save a few insignificant humans, why not. “This time the princess did another heroic deed, did she?” “It seems all those rumors about her being a delinquent were lies. Right now the princess is a hero. A real hero.” “Princess! I’m a fan!” …Maybe I’m a dragon that humans take to very well? On top of that— “Daphne! Teach me swordsmanship too! Me too!” The third child, Oreb, who used to burst into curses the moment he saw me, now wags his tail and clings to me, “I—I… I’ll, I’ll learn from you, Daphne, and be strong!” “Hey! Don’t get the wrong idea — I don’t even like you yet. Still, take this!” My shut-in middle sister and the eldest Oreb who ran away from home because she hated me haven’t changed, and even the hero—my father—who wouldn’t even blink when I died and came back is acting strange: “Don’t get hurt. You… are my precious daughter.”I’m planning to destroy this family and achieve my revenge — so why are you all acting like this?!
