After acquiring a horror game simulator in his mind, an ordinary man sees terrifying visions everywhere: a restaurant with human corpses hanging in the kitchen, an abandoned apartment with midnight phone calls, and a psychiatric hospital full of murderers. To survive each simulation, he must kill monsters and gather equipment, trembling through every encounter. Yet others perceive him as the true horror - an anomaly who effortlessly destroys S-class psychics and entire bases, all while crying for help with a terrified expression. His desperate pleas only confuse onlookers, who flee in panic instead of offering aid.
