Alternative Title: Guardian Quest: Raise Me, Uncles! On the very first day of the apocalypse, five-year-old Dia was abandoned. Thrown into a sea of flesh-eating zombies by the only family she'd ever known, the tiny girl quietly accepted her fate. And then, Ding! [Guardian Procurement & World Restoration System has been activated!] [“Host is too young to survive. Emergency Mission: Find a guardian.”] Dia didn't understand what a “guardian” was. She only understood one thing. The System gave her a mission and told her: [“Give it to that scary uncle, and you'll get endless strawberry milk.”] The “scary uncle” happened to be Adrian Pendelton, the strongest special forces commander in the city... who was only seconds away from becoming a zombie. One candy later, the virus disappeared from his body. His Lightning Ability has also awakened. And the cold-blooded commander suddenly found himself carrying a tiny, dirt-covered child who looked up at him with watery eyes and whispered, “Can I have a hug?” ... Excerpt: Now the world's strongest men are hopelessly wrapped around one little girl's finger. A legendary doctor who can regrow limbs insists she wears three extra layers because “she might catch a cold.” A terrifying fire user uses his flames to roast marshmallows and barbecue mutant boar for her dinner. A silent child assassin follows behind her like a loyal shadow, eliminating every threat before she can even notice it. Meanwhile, Dia has absolutely no idea why everyone keeps calling her their little princess. She just wants strawberry milk, bedtime stories, and lots of hugs, even though she is too shy to ask them. As terrifying mutant kings rise, humanity teeters on the edge of extinction, and countless factions begin searching for the mysterious “Holy Child” rumored to hold the world's last hope... The strongest guardians on Earth have only one answer. “Touch our baby angel, and we'll bury your entire army.”
